Description
Designed for washing and sanitizing the outside of melons. Wash travel length is 16′ (two 8′ lanes) with stainless steel spray bars, adjustable spray nozzles and push-down paddle system that completely submerge the melons for better sanitation. Dwell time is 60 to 90 seconds. This system includes our built-in Dispenser that uses Calcium Hypochlorite cartridges for sanitizing. Once fully washed, the melons are removed manually or by conveyor on the discharge side. Capacity: approximately 15 – 20 melons per minute. Larger systems available.
