This stainless steel air-driven machine is the safest and easiest way to cut wedges and core at the same time . It wedges apples as fast as you can load 2 apples at a time, up to about 35 per minute. Place the apples on the 12 or 16 Wedge – Double Stacked blades & push the two safety buttons simultaneously to engage the pusher. The pusher blocks, pushes the apples through the blades giving you perfectly cored and wedged apples every time. Replacement Blades Available. Built-in Divider Pan.
The Apple Dual Air Wedger can be converted to a complete custom treatment line, including: Conveying, Washing, Treatment, Air-Knife & Packaging.
